I’m Kimberly, the founder of Unbound Activation Studio, and my journey began right where you might be now—stuck, unsure, and tired of spinning my wheels. I had big dreams for my life, but no matter how many goals I set, I couldn’t seem to follow through.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that unprocessed grief, old beliefs, and parts of myself I didn’t even know I was carrying were quietly running the show. They were affecting my marriage, my relationship with my child, and my ability to truly connect with what I wanted out of life.

Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started listening instead. I got honest about the parts of me I had pushed aside—my pain, my doubts, even my desires—and started the work of reintegrating them. Not to become someone new, but to finally become fully myself.

This inner work changed everything. I found clarity. I found my will. I found my way forward.

That’s why I created Unbound Activation Studio—to hold space for women on the edge of change. This is a place where your full humanity is welcome, your emotions have room to breathe, and your dreams have permission to take root.
